About Us ESL Ministries
ESL Ministries began in 1990 at Mount Olivet with a few students and a handful of dedicated volunteers. Today the program, which teaches the English language to immigrants, encompasses 17 churches in the Arlington District with 100 volunteers assisting 500 students. Additionally, the Arlington District provides pastoral care to Spanish-speaking persons in local area hospitals and prisons.
