About Us Sunday Worship
On most Sundays we have three worship services.
Our 8:30 am and 11:00 am services feature traditional music with a full choir and a 3-manual M.P. Möller organ. You will see acolytes in white robes lighting the Christ candle at the altar. We offer Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month.
At 8:30 am, children under 6 may go to the Nursery (located to the left of the Sanctuary) during worship.
At 11:00 am, children under 6 (infants through kindergarten) may choose to go to Wee Believers, which begins after Children's Sharing in the worship service. Wee Believers offers programming for young children such as a puppet show, songs, and a short Biblical message.
At 11:00 am, many children in grades 1 and up stay and participate in our worship experience. But we also offer Belief Builders, geared expressly for children in grades 1 - 5. Children will stay in the service until Children's Sharing and then leave for Belief Builders in the upper level elementary Sunday School classrooms.
At 5:00 pm, we offer a more relaxed, contemporary worship experience with our praise band. This service is ideal for those who have conflicts on Sunday morning. You are invited to "come as you are" to worship. We offer Holy Communion each week. Children may participate in the worship service or go to Hallelujah Kids (ages 3 - fifth grade) after children's sharing.
The message offered at all three services is the same.
